Tom & Alex White are the Electric Soft Parade. Two teenage brothers who hail from Brighton were born into music at an early age.   The boys formed their first band "The Feltro Media" while they were still at school, Tom played guitar, keyboards, and drummed like a baby Keith Moon, while Alex played guitar, keyboards, and sang like a baby Dennis Wilson.   Tom started writing on his four track while the band played in the local area building up a growing reputation with their live shows and demos being much sought after.   On to the summer of 2000 db records were scouting through a box of unheard tapes the offices of XFM when they came across the "Feltro Media" , it was like Willy Wonker finding the golden ticket something special had happened.
